What’s your contact info for your practice?
ОтветитьCan you do hiking or walking in the two recovery days?
ОтветитьProtein is murder. You can find it in fruit. All you need.
ОтветитьCan you add a video with the excercises actually being done and a more detailed weekly schedule! Thanks from India
ОтветитьHow much protein? Body builders all say 1 gram per pound of body weight per day. Who can eat 200 grams of protein in a day from whole foods?
ОтветитьPeople laughed at me when I started mainlining 2 gallons of water a day
ОтветитьMy question is how did you get a full head of hair?
ОтветитьInteresting.
I’m almost 40, and naturally have fallen into a routine like this with weights and resistance bands. I’ve done CrossFit and calisthenics, but this is what I’ve fallen into now.
I finally realized after lifting weights for many years (now age 66) that the weights are largely a prop, a means to an end, and that fully working/contracting the muscle was the important bit. I discovered that by cutting my weight amounts back by 25-50% and doing slow controlled movements along with many more reps to failure, I was seeing better results and lessened injury potential significantly. I do need to raise my protein levels though. I really like this protocol you described and am going to use it, so thank you sir! N.C. Piedmont area.
ОтветитьYou need a cell phone holster to complete the look.
ОтветитьBest way to get your hgh up, stop eating plants
ОтветитьWenn doing the large muscle first, I don't go all in on the small one's. Conversely, it works fine for me.
ОтветитьInteresting video, you say within just 30-90 seconds so it is high intensity. It reminds me of sprinting which for me is to failure but within a much shorter amount of time 11-15 sec. It is practically sprinting but for other muscle groups. Interestingly, I believe there was a study or few that has suggested sprinting to cause a short release of gh in the body.
Ответитьright, this was Mike Mentzer's philosophy.
ОтветитьWith all due respect, something that has not been a secret so long that it has become a meme, is using "Secret" in your title.
ОтветитьSo ,
your a doctor recomending Diet and exercise 😮????
I've never heard if that before. 🤠
Dont ypu just have a pill i can take? 🤔
Fasting also helps with HGH.
ОтветитьSounds like Mike Mentzer's training philosophy back in the 1970's. HIIT training.
ОтветитьI BUILD MONSTERS FK WIT ME!! 13
ОтветитьI bet you'd tell them the muscles are part of the skeleton wouldn't ya!!! WRONGO- THE MUSCLES are like a wire on a crane the bones are the cranes skeleton the muscles are the engine & wires DOING THE LIFTING!!!
ОтветитьFIGHT RESPONSE FIGHT RESPONSE FIGHT RESPONSE!!!! DO NOT TEACH PEOPLE TO USE THE flight response!!!!
ОтветитьYOU DO NOT DESERVE ANYTHING YOU CANNOT DEFEND!!!
ОтветитьGreat Video & I will try this starting this week. I have a question, while I’m between workouts (48 Resting) can I do Elliptical cardio? Thanks!
ОтветитьVery very good video. Thank you. I’m 35 and never have worked out and I’m really starting to feel a change in my body for the worse. More aches and pains, etc. I’m going to try this.
ОтветитьThis makes sense. Been missing just these things (slow HIT & 48 hour recovery) in my intermittent training & limited sports activities at almost 58
ОтветитьSo am I doing harm by doing more than 1 set to failure? I enjoy it. Also, can I lift everyday if i do differnt muscle groups and let the 48 hours pass for them individually? Arms one day, legs one day, etc
ОтветитьGood video. So as I understand it, I can’t do some ordinary hiit training or cardio in the 48 hours rest period. So can I finish the workout with eg. 4 min. Tabata since it also boosts igf?
We also need to do cardio, right?
Two Thumbs up for your positive understandable "How To and why" instructions on a super efficient and effective work out in less time.
However Probably less than 1% of us age 80 and up have access to the millionaire Gym equipment you show, or understand their use.
I retired in Philippines and built-in twin low and high cables, incline, decline bench, pull up and dip bars etc.
Can you make a video for the rest of struggling on social security.
I'm a 41 year old man & I been trying to psyche myself into getting out of my sedentary lifestyle and back to working out after about 10 years since it all fell apart.
I'm so excited about what you're saying in this video, and that this video found me!!
It's pushing me even more, to get started.
I'm certain that my liver is in very bad shape, not from alcohol but, 7 years of consistent dehydration, terrible diet and low but daily alcohol and espresso consumption, plus taking up cigarette smoking 9 years ago, as an asthmatic.
Thank you for doing what you're doing Dr. !!!!
How about selecting the right weights for this method of exercise?
Ответить4 (low back) is dumbbell what? Deadlifts? And what is that alternate exercise for 4 too? Thanks!
ОтветитьNever do Jefferson curls with high intensity
ОтветитьHIIT is best for growth hormone.
ОтветитьUpdated my workouts because of your great advice!! Slow HIIT!! Huge improvements 💜💜💜
ОтветитьNo Ab exercises?
ОтветитьTo technical too fast to understand.
ОтветитьIs this mostly for improving those lab numbers or is this best for muscle growth or both?
ОтветитьA variation of sprint training. I dig it.
ОтветитьWould like to see exercises that you can do at home with out gym equipment. Would chair yoga exercises work?
ОтветитьWhy is it when i do HIT it makes me have a very hard time getting to sleep . Even if i do the workout in the morning.
ОтветитьSorry, I'm not understanding... graphs and talk and photos don't help me to know what to do- the exercise set. Can you show a video of movement- not pictures, Thank you. I want to do this.
ОтветитьThanks so much!
Request: Could you create a similar workout using only dumbbells and/or body weight for those who work out at home?
I like to do 3 or 5 sets of squats and standing military overhead presses because it makes me feel good. I just enjoy doing these exercises for multiple sets. I just feel strong every time I push the bar overhead. I just love the feeling of moving these heavy weights around at age 80 which gives me a huge dopamine hit. So, I just can’t do one set. I just love the dopamine hit and the positive self image that I experience doing these movements for multiple sets and I am making gains despite going overboard.
