But if we keep forgetting what someone has done to us , then that will mean that we don't respect ourselves that's why we are allowing the other person to again and again hurt us. How does it make any sense ?

I did the karmic forgiving exercise and drove around a beautiful town saying I’m sorry to my dad who past on I burst out crying and than my daughters father who also past 5 mo the later I said I’m sorry I forgive etc burst out crying it’s been almost a year july 12 and I have been so sad this lifted a lot for me I’m going to give this to my daughter blessing to this lady I’m glad I did this and today instead of being sad I’m going to give love

She is so great

I loved everything she had to say EXCEPT for this one thing. It was actually disturbing for ppl that have lost someone to death. She stated that a person that dies has lost everyone around them, so it’s much more sad for them. I totally disagree! Ppl that have died have gone to a better existence… it’s been proven by near death experiences. I think this statement may make ppl so sad when they have lost a loved one, and this is so tragic if they believe this! Ugh! 😢
