ОтветитьI made it and cooked it by Sous Vide. It was great but to salty. Perhaps if you wrote out the measurements in the metric system. I used Thai fish sauce. I will cut the table salt in half next time. Very good in Yum Moo Yar.

ОтветитьI have a new respect for my fave banh mi shop. They make their own ham, xa xiu, head cheese, pate from scratch. And they even make enough to sell so people can make banh mi at home.

ОтветитьI followed this recipe except omitting sugar and garlic to make it like Hanoi Gio. Turned out to be very good. However, to my taste it is too salty so I will reduce to 1 Tbs fish sauce next time. Thank you, Morgane.
