Is it that his arms stay at those angles because its an inside pitch? I agree with everything you say in regards to stride, hips, "vision" headdown thru contact and arms keeping those powerful angles.

Cont. I have been working with my son on those very points, he is 11 soon to be 12, he understands those pieces to his swing and in practice he looks great but in a game situation it falls apart. I know he is young still but he really wants to be able to successfully repeat that swing with success. He works so hard and is self driven, how can i help him achieve more consistency? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
