Temples are no more relevant today, because they don’t play any effective role to educate youths on spiritual matters. I don’t learn anything from temple rituals. I only see more and more youths involves in drugs and alcohol. Temples fail to discipline the society.
Instead of focusing of temples which do not serve any purpose, please show more about Vedic knowledge that should reach out to the youths.

You will have to spend more than a week for visit most of the temples in and around Tanjavur and kumbakonam

Actually Tanjavoor Area was tuled by Maratha Satrapathi Shivajis uncle Saraboji Rao and his sons.Even Shivaji itself came to this place in 1627
