It is hard to separate yourself from what you're feeling, remind yourself that it is only momentarily, you will calm down - it is a skill after all. However, "stirring up water to catch fish" is using that very hardship on your enemies. Most people can't control themselves once they're pissed off. When they break out into a hateful tirade, like Napoleon did on several occasions. A Talleyrand will take advantage of your lack of control, masterfully being the very source of your anger.

For me this is the more important than other laws, I have mastered this training to talk to people who is overtly power hungry, and if you can be calm while others overact you can get a step ahead, as Robert said. Thanks again.
