ОтветитьI made a mixtake I Forgot to put the whipply cream and I put the mixture on the oven.🙁 after 5 min realize i took the mixture out of the oven and added the whippy cream I am still waiting for the results. It turn out pretty good taste almost the same as a pie de queso but less sweet.

How about the heat (rod ) . First bottom rod then upper rod or both same time the bottom.& upper rod (heat )

I have made this recipe(halved) a couple of times and it turns out amazingly delicious. However, I notice the sides as well as the bottom hardly change any color by the time top turns Golden brown(approx 45 mins as my baking pan is deep). Would you suggest using single parchment lining? Or does something else needs to be changed?

Greetings! Your recipe looks v simple, thank you! I saw another chef run what looked like a blow torch over the cake surface before sticking it in the oven. Any idea what this step is all about? I am curious. Anyway, thank goodness your way doesnt even need an electric blender much less a welding instrument. Ha ha. Pardon my ignorance.
