I am a disheasher in a cruise ship. Yes he was fast doing it. But it was substandard. You cannot do it in a ceramic plate. 2nd you must not push na crates in the machine. It can destroy the cycle of machine and it will not properly wash.
Lastly the plates must rest atleast 2 minutes before putting in the rock to air dry.

And all those platea be cracked, chipped and broken within a week......unless they are plastic....either way indeed fast...though stacking them tight away pools of water between each plate

Shoving everything through is easy. Making SURE everything is clean and putting them all away properly is where it's at.

That's easy because the plates are plastic plus thats all hes doing.. I' gotta wash glass plates, glass coffee cups. Regular plastic cups, got dishes and pots and pans inside the sink and still faster 😂😂😂
