I gain something every time I listen to this man! One of the missing pieces for me in my ever expanding levels of understanding is that while humanity is not helping, Mother Earth is indeed going through her own physical evolution. And has been all along. There is no place I would rather be than in my garden. What I witness there is the truth. Pure and simple.

Can you/Dr Bush elaborate on “spending time in nature” - he mentioned going in the ocean and spending time under a tree- but is it weaving more nature into our daily lives? Any concrete examples?

Wow! I feel so fortunate to have found this channel. You are two lovely humans and I learned so much from this conversation. Going to research more about mitochondrial health and listen to Dr. Bush some more, too. I appreciate the challenge to forgive Dr. Fauci. This is a tough one for me personally, but I'm ready to see where I've listened to slanderous statements in the last four years - on both sides of the issues we've become aware of, as you both mentioned. New awareness brings new responsibilities.
