i have a really sensitive belly button . Is this what you mean ? Its a source of pain when I touch it , 😢why? I have been dealing with ulcerative colitis since August to Dec. I went off gluten and dairy and reduced my food intake too . I lost 15 lbs going to the bathroom all day every day for months . I am allergic to most meds . So I used Calendula tea and bitters and also Gotu Kola tea . I feel Ok now , no more blood and many trips to bathroom anymore at least . But not 100 per cent well . And I seem to have a back hip thing when bending over . Its super sharp and painful . Especially when Im full and bloating . Should I do a fast ? I also have hashimotos and dermatomyositis and fibromyalgia since 1992 . I was 37 when I got dermatomyositis . It was after I finally had had my tonsils removed due to chronic infections . was also going through a divorce .
