Hayley, if you get to read this, I think you are a fantastic talent & you've certainly got the look too. If I may suggest perhaps your doing so many covers is what could be holding you back instead of concentrating on promoting your own work. I listened to Blackbird before this and it was lovely, but it's someone elses. Also, maybe you need a better manager (assuming you've got one) who can really push your music. Good luck!
