Love love this band. So fortunate that i got to see them 3 times with Terry .so good
ОтветитьLol not live performance, the drummer really could care less just watch him
ОтветитьIm thinking they were in France😂
ОтветитьStage should be higher
ОтветитьDanny is not even trying to play along with the backing track.😂
Ответитьthe drums don't match the sound track.
ОтветитьClearly an overdub, but they look good!
ОтветитьAbsolute greatness. Almost hurts.
Ответить⚠️ LIP SYNC’D with the recording of “Q 67 & 68” from the CTA Album.
I just synchronized both the recording and this video. Perfect match.
They still look GREAT performing!
The first album released by Chicago- Chicago Transit Authority.). Terry Kath is really missed. What a fantastic guitarist!
Amazing band.
ОтветитьReally enjoyed this very rare classic video of one of my all time favorite bands. Of course, from the first few notes
we all know it’s the Jimmy Guercio produced masterpiece CTA double album. And my high school French guessed it was filmed there. The Boys were probably on their first tour in Europe. The lip syncing could have
been better, but any original Chicago fan really enjoyed this video. First time I saw them was at the Fillmore
East 69-70 when they were in N.Y. working on Chicago II. I was in the first row just before I bought my first
pro camera equipment, and the band just blew everyone away. The horn section was right in front of me and
I will never forget the tremendous live show they did that night. Only negative was having to listen to the
opening act. Iron Butterfly with over 45 minutes of In a Gadda Di Vida. 🤬
Is terry the one lead singing
ОтветитьIf terry is the one with the dark tee shirt on who is the one lead singing first
ОтветитьIf terry is the one with the dark tee shirt on who is the one lead singing first
ОтветитьSolo despues de Hendrix.
ОтветитьShame they didn't take Zappa's advice to leave about 40% of their time to just jam/improvise/create. That's what makes concerts special/memorable. Never really saw Kath cut loose.
ОтветитьAwesome band. Bad lip synched video.
ОтветитьSuch a great master, truly missed.
ОтветитьPlaying a Gibson? I thought he was a Fender kinda guy.
ОтветитьAnyone else notice this person shooting video went out of their way to avoid Terry Kath !?!? ..I was hoping to see that guitar intro 😡🙄
ОтветитьI think this is a LIP SIC to the record, like a lot of TV shows made bands do back then....JMHO....I saw them LIVE several times back on their first Tours and they were so much more Dynamic Live......😎..✌&♥.....
ОтветитьNeeds more cowbell
ОтветитьThey could have played it live. Not their fault here.
ОтветитьI wish I were there!!!!!!!
ОтветитьGood times ❤
ОтветитьYes, I love the guitar, But the bass Player is singing lead vocals and playing bass lines that are opposite the melody. My God !!!
Amazing !!!!
I like this song and this version of Chicago, but this is basically lip-synching isn't it? If you pay attention to Danny Seraphin (sp?), his hands aren't matching the fills. Not to discredit them, but I'm sure they were quite capable of ACTUALLY playing these songs - and probably in a more vital manner than the recording, no?
Ответитьwhere have all the great bands gone?
ОтветитьTerry Kath just shredding all sick haha
ОтветитьBeautiful
ОтветитьJesus Christ this band had talent. And yes, Terry Kath was definitely a monster.
ОтветитьSounds much like the album. Great live band
ОтветитьThis has to be prerecorded. Kath’s vocals aren’t synchronized. Neither are the drums.
ОтветитьLots of good lip synching here. Terry, however, almost forgot to get to his mic to start singing I'm A Man.
ОтветитьOmgosh. His voice. Peter.
ОтветитьOoh all those artsy shots! Wow!!!
ОтветитьI’ve heard all these songs before, but sitting here watching the videos and listening via my EarPods, I’m really appreciating just how good these guys were. Damn!
Ответитьwhere
ОтветитьBack when Robert Lamm could still write, Peter Cetera could still play bass (and he was absolutely incredible), and Terry Kath was alive. What a band they were in their heyday.
ОтветитьLove this song this is classic Chicago. Can you imagine Being at that gymnasium or whatever I guess they have their wives Peter Cetera such a talent and every single one of those guys. Golden oldies. Chicago was just amazing in all all their own special way
ОтветитьNo hay cover Chicago
ОтветитьFavorite band
ОтветитьRobert Cetera absolutely amazing
ОтветитьOne of my favorite Chicago songs for sure!❤
ОтветитьI Believe it Was the Writer's Own Conversation With God? I Really don't know?:❤
ОтветитьI’ve listened to this song so many times but this time can really here the incredible bass by Peter Cetera, plus the glorious vocals of course
ОтветитьDubbed
ОтветитьRocky theme is in there.
ОтветитьTerry Hes The MAN.
