I live in Collegedale, TN and the McKee Factory who makes these little debbie treats are right down the street from me :) There is also a nice walking/running path next to it and it always smells like brownies baking when I pass it. There is also a really nice Little Debbie park nearby. I’ve tried these cream pies and they are delicious 😋

Glad I didn’t pick these up. The size was the reason I didn’t buy but now I’m happy I didn’t waste my time. I wish they made the pb ones in a smaller size bc I only use these types of desserts in lunch boxes and they are just too much

I’ve always called them Nutty Buddy’s. We had Zebra Cakes, Swiss Cake Rolls and Brownies on hand growing up, occasionally we would buy Nutty Buddy’s. I didn’t start buying them consistently until I was in college. Gosh, I was SO hoping the Crème Pies would have delivered. Why so dry like a Moon Pie?!?!? Thanks so much for a great review.

I’m not a peanut butter fan so I’ve never had the Nutty Bars, but when I saw the new creme pies, I immediately thought of you. Too bad they missed the mark!

It sounds like the new cream pies are not it but I am reminded that I'll have to try the Buddies at some point!

I thought I was crazy thinking they were called nutty bars back in high school. Stupid change. Too close to muddy buddies so I’m confused all around.

My family loved these and 19 year old doesn't even like the regular Nutty Buddy snack cakes but he loved these creme pies.

I consider moon pies a food group all by their self.its a hillbilly thing.😁

Perhaps I’m the only person who didn’t have Nutty Buddy bars growing up. Our Nutty Buddy’s were ice cream cones but maybe they were called Nutty Butter? Too long ago to recall! Anyway, I’ll pass on these.

Nutty bars were my honeys favorites. He ate one every day. I sure hope they have them in heaven for him. I wonder what he would have thought of these new pies.

YES! The PB Creme Pies are glorious! Second only to the OG Oatmeal Creme Pie IMO.

These are good I don't like the little Debbie birthday cakes cream pies however I feel as though with the little Debbie peanut butter creme pies they're good they just have too much peanut flavor with the little Debbie nutty butty it's peanut butter and chocolate which I find better than all peanut butter flavor and they taste better too also with the peanut butter cream pies they make me thirsty cause too much peanut flavor when I eat them however with the nutty butty creme pies they don't make me as thirsty when I eat them cause it's chocolate and peanut butter

Nutty Bars/ Buddys a lifetime family favorite. My parents liked to put them in the freezer they are good cold. I've been watching & waiting for the new Creme Pies even put a wrong box in the cart before realizing. Now I wonder if I want to try them after watching the review? I think all their Creme Pies are in the big boxes. Thanks for sharing your review.

They will forever be Nutty Buddies to me! Lol. Love them to death. And they never get old!! The only food that’s always as good as I remembered 😂 I too look for any excuse to buy a box 😅 Thanks for trying the pies for us! I’ll stick to the bars!!

Every store I go to has a different random selection of Little Debbie boxes. Like one Walmart will have a decent variety, another one will have a lot less, Winn Dixie will have a separate display with special editions, Publix won't have as many big packs. Should just have dedicated Little Debbie outlet stores.

Finding a hard to find Little Debbie box is like an epic Lord of the Rings quest.

Tami, I thought the same thing with the pies. Almost no flavor. Plain tasting. I could taste a PB flavor but it was very light.... Not nearly as strong as the nutty buddy wafers. I think they missed the mark with these and as you said, the PB pie they already have, is better.

I had high hopes for this lol, really wish it had more of a peanut butter taste. They had PB Rounds a couple of years ago that was really good.

You can never ever go wrong with a Nutty Buddy. Letdown on the pies not being up to snuff. Great review

The "Nutty Buddy Creme Pie" is just a Peanut Butter Creme Pie covered in an extremely thin layer of chocolate. I was kind of disappointed, and hoping for something that tasted different from any of their other creme pie offerings. In my opinion, this is just a way for Little Debbie to cash in on the Nutty Buddy name while putting almost no effort into the product itself.

I bet Little Debbie will bring back "Nutty Bars" some day as a marketing ploy with a "retro recipe" or something

Good to know the standard PB Cremé Pies are the way to go, love those! Will probably skip these and stick with the tried and true Nutty Buddy 👍🏼

Hated it!!!! I tried them out because nutty bars are the only little Debbie's I can stomach. But those pies were nasty as hell and the chocolate coating tasted like wax. There was no peanut butter or chocolate flavor😂😂😂

I always loved Nutty Bars when I was young, but my favorite was Hostess Suzy Q's. I heard recently that Hostess is going to bring them back.

My husband stole my nutty buddy. He had the peanut man's evidence all over his face. 😅

Your talking about peanut butter creme pies, the center is peanut butter and the cookie is a peanut butter cookie, its my favorite ❤
