Updated SAYU GUIDE: Best Support Build, Gameplay Tips, Teams, Showcase | Genshin Impact 2.6

I'm prepping a Yelan team with Klee, Xiangling and Sayu/Jean. Mostly Klee as a driver and Yelan doing the vape on pyro application of the Xiangling and Klee. Having a hard time figuring out which would be better between the two anemo. Jean has higher numbers and burst, but Sayu seems to have more automatic anemo to swirl both elements much easier. Thoughts?

i think i will run ER - Anemo Dmg- Attack because i like the teal numbers. But i use the Sac Sword so it may be overkill with the ER

I only use sayu for exploring and getting crystal flies

so like... if you have c6 sayu and you build her mostly atk and then team her up with say albedo or sucrose who can give her some em...or does donated em not work with the c6?

I use her in my freeze team, kaeya, chongyun, Ayato mostly/mona and sayu. She's good

Haha, I somehow 9 starred abyss 12 the other day with a C2 full EM build Sayu in the team. I put her in the first half with venti, ayato, and xinqiu just because I felt like having double resonance for some reason (while I needed Kokomi to keep me alive in 12-2-2). I probably wouldn't recommend her there though since I forgot that the fire abyss guys did corrosion, which isn't great for area healing one person at a time (but rolling at the fire shields for repeatable swirl could help the team out a bit).

I never use Sayu because I don't want to wake her up

She isn’t good as dps but great as a support. Her healing is massive and great at recharging anemo particles.

I don't use sayu in abyss but I use her a lot for everything else, 10/10 adorable

Game gave me C4 sayu and no razor so I guess I'm building her

i mostly use sayu has a back up when my team is injure because she heal pretty fast i do love sayu i just think she look so cute

Fun thing is, I was farming artifacts for my Jean and just gave Sayu whatever was left. She even got a 50:100 crit ratio at the end. I doubt, it would be the best for her and I should probably go for an ATK circlet, but I didn't want to farm the domain any longer (since I already have Jean) and I felt her healing was already high enough anyway since I used an ATK goblet. Which is always a bit of a problem with healers. They can easily heal too much that it doesn't really matter anymore. But at least she has a 4pc VV set, so if I ever want to use her, I can just switch her in for Jean and still get a bit of damage out.

Please help. I have C6 sayu and i want him to be my main dps. With some off field damage givers in my team ,like xiang ling and raiden. what's my best artifact stats? EM or ATK?

sayu helped me in my mid game. now at ar 53, im thinking of bringing her back doing EM. but good point for you to emphasize on ER sayu as well. i think she would be a good addition for clearing abyss

I just use her to roll from ore deposit to ore deposit. Or when I'm looking for Unusual Hilichurl.
The voicelines are so great.

I have a good build. Mainly focusing on EM.
Team comp Sayu, Kuki , xingqui, Diana.. weapon rainslasher. It’s a lot of synergy here, the weapon gives EM buff which both boost her healing and skill damage exponentially. Use kuki skill and you have a constant ball of electro swirl high damage, plus healing for party with major healing for sayu, during skill cool down you’ll have a 20% attack buff because of electro or hydro application . You can also freeze and super conduct with this team. Diana shield protects while kuki ring deals aoe and heals while in rolling.

I like Rolling too much on enemies, so Sacrificial sword for me lol

You do amazing job at doing this are usually when I look this stuff up a lot of people just don’t put a lot of sensible stuff like this in here so thank you for the video

Sayu is really helpful in the desert since its a long walk there. Also the healing build helps over there. Will have to try 200% er build as I am not having good artifacts currently

My gf loves watching me play Genshin and has recently expressed a fondness for Sayu, so we gotta build her. Super helpful video, thanks very much 🙂

My main reason to use Sayu is cuz she rolls around in a ball like Sonic and i love it 🤣

I did get her and got her to c1 but i have not used her. I did play her in the try on the last banner and thought it was fun.

Have Jean, Barbara, Qiqi, Diona, Bennett and Noelle
still puts Sayu on my team to give my team some extra SOUL points.

I've been enjoying Sayu in a double-anemo comp with Heizou since the Desert Pavillion artifact set came out. Sayu takes the VV and Heizou takes Desert, and the 2x anemo bonus gives DPS carrier Heizou a second +10% attack speed buff, while Sayu heals primarily. The second two team slots are whatever elemental infusers you want Heizou to carry (I'm liking Yelan & Thoma rn but plenty of options).

I'm not farming vivi. Screw that.

I'm currently using sayu with an aggravate team including raiden, fischl and dendro traveller. Sayu's swirls constantly heal, trigger fischl's a4 passive and raiden's E while being full of EM and VV acompanied by trav's 4set instructor EM bonus. Yeah, everything dies pretty past usually. You have to be careful to not let her get hit hard though, she has interruption resistance but not too high and she can die fast. She has excellent movility too.

My outrider team is now raiden, fischl, sayu and heizou too. Pretty damn fun and suprisingly effective to a reasonable degree since damage output wasn't necessarily the main focus.

They should have let Sayu heal with every swirl in my opinion (A1 passive). The 2 second window for her E to heal makes sure that you have to stay on field AND rolling for it to activate. I think she's pretty underrated, if I'm careful she provides everything I need in healing and anemo support while batterying herself and her electro companions. Constellations make her way better too, and I just have her at c0.

I'm f2p (started playing on november I think) and Sayu was my first anemo unit besides anemo trav., and healer besides barbara and noelle, while I was wishing for raiden. I also happen to be a lazy b*stard who seems incapable of growing up, so she has a special place in my heart.

PS: I have Sucrose and I know technically she has more value, but I haven't raised her yet. I'm also waiting to get Keqing and just got Mistplitter (YES! , I couldn't get engulfing lightning last time) for her in this banner.

For an update if you acquired the Mailed Flower and have no use on it for other characters it would work well with Sayu.

the sumeru flower weapon is her best in slot. gives em and em/attack. btw everyone <3

u forgot alot of characters that melt with xiangling like diona and ganyu

She's my toptier choice. Sayu=best girl

I have her build as a DPS (C6,3Crowns) and use her in a team with Raiden, Layla and Dehya. There are better teams for more dmg potential, but I enjoy using this one. Raidens E is perfect from off field, Laylas shield is pretty strong and once it expires Sayu still gets the decreased interruption from Dehya. So she can keep rollin forever.

There might be a crazy sunfire team with her, Dori, and Nahida, which could also feature Furina and become taser that might be crazy strong even meta. I need to see how much impact her C6 has on it however, It seems to increase her personal damage by about 100% (at 1000 EM, basically 200% Atk is roughly 100% dmg increase), which isn't major since with Full EM her abilities are muted anyway. In bloom or hyperbloom you may want to use Clam set, or even gilded, for the latter EM isn't needed unless you use Dori however, then she becomes the bloom proccer.

Gotta build her for furina since i dont have jean. sedlyf.

For my Sayu build, I did 2 pc Gladiator 2 pc Wanderer, with atk, em, and er, with the Makhaira Aquamarine at r3; at c6, this made my Sayu a rlly good anemo sub dps without sacrificing any healing!
Between her and jean, i feel her burst dmg is easier to proc because you dont have to knock enemies in or out of the field

I’ve been using Dehya with Sayu and I’ve basically just been using her for her rolling skill to attack them with pyro and anemo at once.

I'm really late to the party, but I've been building Sayu and she's a lot of fun. I started off thinking of making an exploration team. However, it has turned into my main team. My team is Sayu, Fischl, Baizhu, and Kirara. I now farm minerals, food, and level up materials while I'm clearing content. My little "rolling ball of death" is a crucial part of making it a pretty potent aggravate team.

i was surprised cuz im really a noob in genshin but when i got sayu i always use her and surprised that i am using her just like whaat you said it really makes my self proud even tho i am just using her for what i think is best turns out im right
