I’m in the process of applying to schools but I’m finding it difficult to get recommendations from these lecturers. I’m not close or favorite to any of these lecturers. These people don’t want to help. I don’t know what to do.

Talking about asking for help, it is very true. I asked for many forms of help from my advisor and I got them!
