Hi George - you stumbled onto a video that I send a link to for people who get my ULEsbit System. I do sell these at QiWiz.net. The X-Spacer is used for dry baking in conjunction with my Bake Pan. The spacer goes in the bottom of a titanium pot under the Bake Pan. If you go to QiWiz.net and look at the description and videos for the ULEsbit System, it will probably all make more sense.
