Property Inheritance Law for NRIs in India

Thanks for the video Sir. Can you please clarify whether there are additional complexities involved in getting a property inherited when you are a foreign citizen as opposed to when you are an NRI ? Also if my father inherits my grandfather's property , can I have my share directly in my account or I have to rely on my father giving that.
