I'm not certain, but if the surface is entirely water ice, wouldn't the processes for renewing it by hydrological(movement/change of water) and not geological?
ОтветитьThe narrator rambles on and on thus losing my interest in this great video.
ОтветитьMethane could have just been captured from titan, or whatever source titan got its methane
ОтветитьHi, where is Halleys Comet at right now? Is it making its way back toward us?
ОтветитьWhy isnt the Earth named after a god?
ОтветитьIt’s disappointing that you don’t mention the valuable contribution William Hershel’s sister Caroline made to the discovery of Uranus, especially since she was featured in the image of William you included in this video.
ОтветитьHow is there any water left of any volume if its expelling water into space for billions of years.
ОтветитьIn both Europa and Enceladus, we need a way of drilling through deep ice to sample the water (and sending data back). Smart Answers on a postcard to Nasa.
ОтветитьThe underside of those ice caps near the vents would be an ideal sample site. Heat, sunlight, fresher water from melted water.
ОтветитьTime that China was ropped into part funding deep solar missions.
ОтветитьIf we find life on Europa or Enceladus, itll prove that life must be EVERYWHERE in the universe.
ОтветитьSo if we painted the lunar surface silver we would not need night lights...think of the energy savings.
ОтветитьThanks. How volatile are the gasses of Jupiter? Could a passing meteor that gets drawn in light it up, ala the Sun?
ОтветитьIsn’t life creating methane a natural process or did I miss a huge part of biology class every year?
Ответитьit's amazing knowing the fact we have 3 moons in our solar system that 100% has water ice
Ответить“Complex organic chemicals…”
ОтветитьI like cheese Enceladus😮
ОтветитьV sauce from wish
ОтветитьThe real life Kamino.
ОтветитьA few days ago, it was announced that dissolved phosphors have been found in the sub-surface oceans. This was the final ingredient Enceladus needed to be able to theoretically support life! Very exciting times. I expect a new wave will flood this video and cause the algorithm to perpetuate it again as people start to hear the news and become curious about the [fascinating] planetary body.
Ответитьenceladus mimas and titan!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Ответитьenceladus mimas and titan and dione!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! im not gonan pronnocune your names or the naems of your palnets orrectly...................
Ответитьenceladus.
ОтветитьAlright why a billion channels?
ОтветитьI'm always happy when you make "That Planet" jokes on these solar system vids.
ОтветитьFigures someone who doesn't appreciate Pink Floyd also doesnt know how to pronounce "geyser". Lolol
ОтветитьStill think Mars might be even more likely. Why? Well it was much warmer and had all the criteria for life like here on Earth. And here on Earth there are tons of microbes in our soil even kilometers down. Enceladus is still top 2 most likely to host life imo.
Ответитьonly one thing to do. make a space submarine, that can land , melt down through the ice, then dive around and find ansvers. gonna be tricky going back home to earth, maybe leave a return vehicle in orbit with a pickup pod that can taxi down get crew then fly directly back up?
ОтветитьSimon pronouncing geyser as “geezer” gives me life
ОтветитьI have completed the first draft of the pilot episode of Convicts, a sitcom set on Enceladus in 3019. I would be grateful to anyone who has suggestions or is able to fact check my work. I post updates regularly. If your information proves useful, your name may appear in the credits...
ОтветитьImagine if we lived on a satellite around one of the gas giants?
We'd always have a view of that dead, huge and scary planet from it. Of course we'd be used to it, but it's interesting to imagine it.
Look at this moon covered with Solid ice, then still wondering why on earth, there was proposed theory that Earth 's ocean seawater CAME FROM outer SPACE..just like it's rained down from Milkyway.?? Where such idea came from.. Halley comet?
ОтветитьBelieve it or not; Enceladian geological features are named after characters and places in The Tales of the 1001 or Arabian Nights. 🕌
ОтветитьSoon Enceladus is going to start wobbling and tumble over Saturn and falls into a collision trajectory with earth. This collision will take out ALL life in our solar system. This is an alien form of a time bomb.
ОтветитьI love this channel cause its curiousity stream free version and thats awesome for us who cant afford but wanna learn shit
ОтветитьPoor Ensalada
ОтветитьHell yeah!
Ответить<facepalm>
YOU'RE-a-nus
not
you're-A-nus
Holy crap , you can’t get to the topic… moving on.
ОтветитьCan you imagine what sort of creatures could potentially occupy extraterrestrial oceans?
ОтветитьSubcontract the Enceladus project to SpaceEx and Elon Musk. They can get it done in 10 years for half the cost. I might still be alive then, but 2050 is a date too far.
ОтветитьIts Hitler isn't it...
ОтветитьIt's kinda like a giant snow ❄️ ball!😂🎉❤
ОтветитьDoes this moon spin cause apparently ours doesn't
ОтветитьI can give a rat's ass less about whether there are microbes on another planet.
That's not life it's a waste of life.
All that money that we're dumping into this stupid crap could be put the way better use right here on Earth.
Believe it or not, Enceladian geologic features are named after characters and places in The Tales of 1001 Nights, also known as The Arabian Nights. 🕌
ОтветитьGot Enceladian florescent fish? 🐟🐠
