Big Announcement! (For real this time): I’m Planning My Longest Hike Ever!

Very cool. Sometimes the planning is half the fun. FWIW, I ran into some trail issues coming into the Boulder River valley from the west a couple of years ago. Could not tell from your map if you are going over the same trails.

Getchu some. Can’t wait to see this upcoming adventure. I am planning on section hiking the Mah da Hay trail in ND this summer and I wanna do the Sundance pass in the beartooths as well.

I think this is a great idea. It sounds like a really cool route and planning it yourself is just adds another layer of adventure to it. You should check out the channel, @Seekinglost. He has pioneered two long distance hiking routes (The 1100 mile, Basin & Range trail ... made a documentary too, and the 600+ mile Mojave-Sonoran trail) and is working on a third one in Idaho. I've never hiked in Montana before so I look forward to seeing it! Oh, and I agree. Mmm...BLT. 🤤
