Since HK and China have the same version of S24, does the HK version also not come with Google Play pre installed and not support google services?

It is better if the Hongkong variant apps is also explain or show . As i read in other website that HK variant has chinese apps and cant be removed. If you dont need the apps and can be removed then it will slow the phone and consume more battery. Is this true ?
