ОтветитьHi Jules! I was able to do this with no problem, even though the doctor told me yesterday that I have bronchitis - a little short of breath, but I don't really feel sick. This was actually a good pace for me. I liked all of the arm work, the sit to stands, and using the weights. I feel good! Thanks!

ОтветитьUsually I’m a walker but so cold in Iowa that I decided to try some chair exercise videos… tried several and I felt like either crying or laughing as my coordination is so bad lol 😂…I’m only 62 so I feel bad that I can’t “get it” sometimes, or it’s just so fast that I feel defeated. I tried yours out and I can happily say I did pretty good!!! Still feeling like maybe should be capable of more but I guess I am me and that’s ok!! I’ll keep trying to up my game by trying more of your videos…but I do love a great fast paced walk to! Thank you for making this doable for me!!

ОтветитьI always do your standing work outs but I"m so glad I found this one. I fell and broke my foot and so I can't put any pressure on it. So glad I can continue to exercise with you. You cover all of the bases! Thank you again for being here for us night after night, or day after day, whatever time we are all doing it. I do it at night!

ОтветитьJules, I'm thankful for you and your many videos. I get bored with exercise super quick so I usually look for a video I haven't done before...and find one thanks to your variety. The skill level is great for me too.
ОтветитьI enjoyed this workout, after my hip being mad at me yesterday for some reason, I wasn't sure how I'd fit in some kind of movement/exercise today. Then this video popped up, it was just what I needed and my hip didn't yell at me once, haha. Thanks!

ОтветитьI do wish either the music was turned down quite a bit lower or completely off. It’s so distracting and quite loud. But I do appreciate the classes I really do.
