My dad works at dish and he actually concerned on what’s happening

Directv used to be awesome! Then AT&T bought it. AT&T ruins everything they get their hands on. They are a massive conglomerate and they’re getting away with monopolizing. Why does this happen in America despite things like the Sherman and Clayton anti-trust acts? Those acts are over a hundred years old, and while they’ve been amended since they still are not rigid. They’re left up to court’s interpretation a lot of the times. The problem is the court has to interpret whether it poses a risk to the customer and/or their welfare. Monopolies naturally accumulate. You see it with Microsoft, Amazon, AT&T. They gobble up resources and buy up their competition or lower their prices for a small time to starve out their competition, then they soon find they’re the only one standing. They can start asking you to jump and you must say “how high?”
