ОтветитьI love my gailan bright green with garlic and oyster sauce.
ОтветитьEveryone has their preferences, but tbh, Cantonese scrambled eggs are the most valid. No vomit texture.

One day when I was eleven or twelve years old and my parents were away from home, I made Egg Flower Soup from memory after I caught a glimpse of the recipe on television. I already knew how to make Nasi Goreng and Egg Fu Yong but my parents were still quite impressed with the result. :)

That's almost exactly how I make the "French omelette" that my Danish mother taught me to make. Frying pan on high, melt in a good amount of butter, eggs in, drag the cooked part, flip the cooked part, repeat until the eggs are cooked to your liking.k
ОтветитьThis soup is the only thing I crave when I'm sick.. it's so good.
