If it’s your lower back that hurts then you may have lifted something heavy in a wrong way and strained it :(. If you ever need to lift something heavy off the floor, first squat then lift with your legs otherwise you can hurt your back. Also try not to hinge your back too much to avoid straining it. Some stretches should relieve the pain. :)
