What tuning is that? 😊 would love to try and learn
ОтветитьI am a guitarist so I really don’t know anything about banjo, but I know that these strings sound much smoother and softer than a normal banjo. What exactly are you using? Sounds beautiful!
ОтветитьI need to go to bed but I'm stuck listening to banjo music
ОтветитьUne musicienne habitée ❤
ОтветитьIs this the "Red Rocking Winds" song? 😂
It is pretty
Just love Nora's banjo playing and styles, which she has a few different styles. But for me, her voice is literally way to low for me to get anything whatsoever out of what the lyrics are. I have no idea what she is singing.
It,s like she is mumbling, she does not sing very loud if that is singing.
I,m sorry, but it is very annoying actually.
I do love her playing though.
Her banjo drowns her voice out for me.
I wish I could hear her voice.. just to low for my ears. Nora is the only musician that I can't hear over the instruments or instrument.. One time I heard her sing loud enough , so I did hear her one time in a video one day.. Keep playing great music Nora Brown.
Every once in a while, I hear a little bit.

Oh, maybe I should try a New Phone.
I will do that, try a new phone that is...😊😊😊
Jimi Hendrix, Frank Zappa and Nora Brown.
Ответить👍👍👍
ОтветитьOne of the best banjo players in the world ✨ Thank you Nora for sharing your gifts.
Ответитьdoes anyone have a tab for this?
ОтветитьYep. I like it lots. 🎼
ОтветитьHer music must surely come from the very bottom of soul deep
ОтветитьEvery. Note.different. story.
ОтветитьBeautiful, thank you!
ОтветитьI saw she is playing at crabtree up in Maine! I saw her last year up in New Hampshire on my way to play a show at North Haven and I’ll be honest i wish i had some time off from my tour just to make the trip and see her again, hopefully that doesn’t come off as weird but she may be younger but she pushed to learn the history of banjo and to honor thos greats that. came before. Cockerham, Wade, Mike Seeger, Dock And the whole lot of them! I am so happy she is having success’s and i know she will love the venue up at Crabtree! I hope to get a chance to play a song or two with her someday! I saw her E.C. Ball Tribulations she did with JP Harris and i was floored because that has been one of my favorite go to songs for a long while! Either way! Love this video!
ОтветитьGet life
Ответитьbeautiful
ОтветитьExquisite, thank you Nora
Ответить666 thumbs up already, no need more ;)
ОтветитьBeautiful. Your playing has such depth of feeling
ОтветитьIntriguingly Awesome.
Ответить🖤🖤🖤
ОтветитьWhat a treat...
ОтветитьTruly exquisite! Everything is so well done... playing, singing, cinematography, setting... even the faint city background noise... somehow it adds to the aura... which is beautifully haunting
ОтветитьSO so good. It is such an effortless song and performance!
ОтветитьSimply lovely.
ОтветитьJust beautiful. I love the concentration and your facial expressions when you're playing! Beautiful camera work too.
ОтветитьCoolest kid on the block.
ОтветитьI don't think I've ever seen someone string the 5th string low like that, what a beautiful sound!
ОтветитьThis is a jewel. So wonderful to listen to your music and see your talent flourish. Thank you, Nora!
Love the dog in the beginning of the video.
🎶🎶🎙🪕🎶🎶Amazing👏🏼👏🏼!!🎶🎶
Ответитьalways great feel and ambience! anybody knows what strings are these? looks pretty thick nylon. seems like a 10" pot and may be 23" scale? anybody any idea?
ОтветитьWhat is that tuning?
ОтветитьI swear I can see the music Nora feels. Always a joy
ОтветитьYour style of playing and singing reminds me of wind chimes on a warm summer day, beautiful!
ОтветитьLove it!
ОтветитьThank you so much for sharing this
ОтветитьIt's hauntingly wonderful, Nora. Thank you.
ОтветитьLove the two-finger style here. One of your most under-rated features is your excellent feel for proper tempo. People who don’t play banjo will never understand how hard it is to play a right hand pattern this slowly and precisely. Gorgeous as usual.
ОтветитьIs there another album in the works? Can't wait to here it whenever it comes out!
ОтветитьThank you for the song and for staying the course with the good oldtime music. Your devotion and skill are inspirational.
ОтветитьAn American treasure
ОтветитьI really like the nylon string banjo for the gentle mellow acoustic warmth.
And your honest voice is as always perfect. Thank you Nora for lifting my heart.
I understand that a lot of these songs are really sad.
But when you play and sing, it helps make me happy.
Of every musician alive today I think Nora is the one I'd most like to just sit down and jam with. 🇨🇦
ОтветитьGreat talent as well as natural beauty.
ОтветитьAmazing and beautiful Nora!
Ответитьgreat as always. cool tailpiece too!
ОтветитьGoosebumps
Ответитьsomething about this song made me crave Werther's original
ОтветитьHello, is it nylon strings?, sweet sound
