I too have a fig tree. It is in my polytunnel. The fruit ripens but is insipid. Last year I prubed it so hard I hoped to kill it, but no...this year it came back bigger than ever.
Good luck with your new regime. It is probably a much better time to start new routines now that in January xxxx
For me since l have retired with getting up at 6 every morning. It’s quite nice not to have a routine and clock watch. But l can really see where you are coming from. So an interesting chat. Thank you

ОтветитьSince I’ve retired I’m having a hard time getting up to get started! I’ve had Covid where I was in the hospital for 16 days. I had back surgery. I have severe arthritis. I just don’t feel good but you’re right. I’ve just got to get my act together and get going! Thank you, you’re inspiring me!

ОтветитьI have been following the principles of the "Five Habits of Highly Productive People" for about 30 years. Once I retired I quit that and was lost without a purpose, so I went back to principles. I list of what I want to do every week and write in a calendar what I achieved that day. I got a puppy and we have to walk at 7:20am every morning. I need a morning routine, because it will set the pace for the entire day. Start the day reading and you will be on the couch all day. Start the day with a short walk and a some form of movement, you will move all day.
ОтветитьI am 66 yrs old and I too find it helpful to get up early before anyone else is up and have my morning coffee with my vitamins and supplements and say my morning prayers. Then I get completely dressed, feed the pets make my bed and tidy the kitchen. Now I am ready for anything that comes up. I also ruthlessly decluttered my pantry of food I will never eat. Now I have room to be organized and really use what I have. Getting up early I get so much more done in the morning hours and I promise myself a rest in the afternoon when I have finished my list. I am so enjoying your videos!
ОтветитьGreat to find this channel. Im 68 and live alone in rural England. Im quite isolated since i can no longer drive. I want to sell up and move nearer my daughter and grandson but cant muster up the energy. Ive decluttered so much from my victorian cottage but cant imagine a future life.

ОтветитьNot editing is just fine with me! Glad you’re feeling better. Having a routine is so important for me, so I cheer you on for giving that a try yourself. I deleted IG a few years ago & never started TIKTOK. I do have to limit my time on YT. Got to get showered & dressed for the day bc I’m going to celebrate my best friend’s birthday at noon.

ОтветитьI would urge you to discuss with your GP that you are taking this methylene blue, it may have adverse side effects thst interact with your medication, this would be the same for anyone con sidering this stuff.Please speak to your GP.

ОтветитьReally interesting to hear how you structured your days! I've started breaking my productive time to between ten am and two pm and it's helping me work my way out of a bind. It's also nice to hear you speak about Chase Hughes, the body language guy, and your experiences with methylene blue. He may have been receiving intravenous infusionss, but the fact you notice an improvement in cognitive function after three days has my interest piqued.
