What Are the Differences Between SAP S/4HANA and SAP S/4HANA Cloud?

To make it very simple ,S/4 HANA (private/Rise) is the continuation of ECC ERP on Cloud can be managed by SAP or you can have that by your own (partners' help) in any hyperscalers. On the other hand, S/4 HANA public Cloud serves mostly for new customers looking to start ERP on cloud with a fastest implementation pace without going to have many customizations and a lot of custom solutions on it. If you have a long footprint with ERP already in your shop you may go to SAP ECC successor ,S/4 HANA which gives you the option to convert your current ERP solutions such as Oracle Netsuite ,Infor, Oracle Fusion ,Workdays...to the SAP latest inventive ERP which is S/4 HANA .Hope this helps !
