The viper you can unlock doing the Anniversary Storyline (pretty sure). Idk some of these cars are just weird like that. But it clearly sells for a lot, so- not the worst thing ever.

And for the 71 Mach 1 (idk if it's on this rare-car list), but that's another one you have to unlock (got that one yesterday). And same for the Murrcielago, that's a car you can flip (in my experience), but it sells like 2mill (when you can unlock it). I'd guess the guy has not just Playlist cars on his list.

That Ferrari Cali T and Vauxhall Calrton are pretty rare for some reason, the only reason I have them is through the kindness of a redditor. That Mach 1, Donut Media and Viper AE are cool cars but not rare, wonder why he listed those as a rare.

Idk how are you such a high level player and don’t know that some of the cars that you are sniping you can get for free right now from stories on the map just in a few minutes or form the map expansions or the donut edition van is like 7 minutes of work and the anniversary edition viper is like 15 minutes so maybe you should look out for those stories good luck
