It’s nice to see someone genuinely happy about a bull that most guys on TV wouldn’t have shot because he’s just a 5x5. It’s the size of the hunt that matters not your harvest. Even though that is a hellacious 5x5!!! Congratulations John!!! Hell of a shot and hell of a bull!!!

A bowhunting Elk hunt has been on my bucket list since I was a kid. I am roughly your age now and have not been able to make it happen. IM not giving up the dream and am currently working on putting together a plan to make it in the next year or so, starting with my shot process, I shot a lot when I was a kid, working on that as we speak. Thanks for letting us tag along with you on this hunt, it is pretty awesome to be able to tag along, like you, as a kid growing up, we had limited publications and a rare once in a blue moon archer article, nothing like we can share today, WOW, he ran right in there to you, what an amazing shot sir, love it. Yes sir, that is a dream of mine. One day, I will be able to put it all together. Thanks again sir and congrats to you on this wonderful harvest.
