This chain Sandals, tipping is not mandatory. That is why the price is a tad higher then other resorts. But great choice to stay.

Take a side trip up into the mountains. The resort can arrange it and it is amazing.

Jamaica is beautiful, we went in 2017 and hoping to return. We did Dunns River Falls and Dolphin cove, in Ocho Rios. AMAZING! Rum is my go to drink every time and the jerk chicken, perfection!

I enjoy your content but i wish you would slow the video editing pace down just a little. A video cut every second sends my head on a spin and the hand over camera cut is so old and they all do it. Just trying to take your editing to the next level sorry. x

SEVERAL years ago I went to Jamaica with my family as a teenager (1989 or 1990 I cant remember exactly). There is an interesting fact about Jamaican hotels that I have not seen anywhere else. I can't remember where Sandals is on the list but there are 5 hotels (minus the White Witch Castle experience) where each stage of life is handled. Of course there are ALOT more now but these were the major ones. There is a hotel for singles, there is a hotel for newlywed couples called Couples Inn and ill never forget their logo which was a male lion on top of a female lion lol "where ya make da babies", then there is a hotel for people who have babies and it caters to new families, then there is the 4th one which I think Sandals is, which is for typical small families and then there was the one I went to called Bosco Bell Beach resort where it catered to large groups. Literally an entire village of bungalows on the cliff face with the hotel proper on the top. Every night they had MASSIVE feasts where they would bring out huge long tables with just endless miles of plates of food and sometimes like whole roasted pigs and they would have dancers and fire eaters and all kinds of craziness. When I went it was a more dangerous time and sadly we did have armed guards on the end of our piers into the water and once per day the locals could get in a boat and come around and sell us trinkets and hair beads but they had to be next the armed guards WITH machine guns (I think they were actually military as they didn't look like police). I did not get to do the water falls but I did get to do the bamboo rafting and that was a treat. We went all the way to the ocean. They gave us fresh cut sugar cane stalks to chew on.

Always wanted t otry an all inclusive. just have not had the opprotunity yet. It is on the bucket list though. Thinking it is going to be an after retirement trip. Till then i guess i wil have to take my trips through your videos. And thank you for them. You are very lucky and fortunate to have grabbed life by the horns and going on the whirl wind journey that we call life. Way to go..
