I am a senior now and could never get through other 'beginner yoga' routines, but though it wasn't easy, I got through it and more importantly, I liked it and felt good at the end. Thank you. I'm going to check your channel for more senior/beginner routines.

ОтветитьI have an old injury to my left shoulder now my right shoulder has the same thing rotar cuff. I trued doing basic yoga but couldn’t get on the floor to do downward dog which I had loved to do before not so much now. Will this help the injury I tried it just now and loved it.
