ОтветитьYou guys call that a coma?
ОтветитьWHAT was the miracle drug?? The crushed drug that they mentioned just before they gave it to her was a sleeping medication, or perhaps there was another drug with it, or it worked in an opposite manner; thanks to the doctor for trying it to see if it would work -- a true miracle.

ОтветитьGod is Almighty
ОтветитьAmazing ❤❤❤❤
Ответить"Medical Doctor" is the only profession in the world where the person is addressed by profession throughout his life there's no retirement barrier nothing a Doctor is always a"Doctor"
ОтветитьPurposeful reactions (grimacing at the taste of the drug) and "coma-like state" in the description make me think of psych disorders, not neuro (worked neuro as a RN for many years, including coma-stimulation and TBI rehab). More questions than answers. Interesting that Ambien (zolpidem), a sleeping pill, caused a reaction... neuro and psych are so closely linked. Whatever the issue, I hope this makes a difference for people.
Ответитьwhy was she in a coma?
ОтветитьSoon she’ll have to pay rent. And realize you’ve awoken her to eternal hell
Ответитьhow can i find and update?
ОтветитьI wonder if there's been any improvement in the research on this medication in the past six years.
ОтветитьMuscarin and it's analogues are so understudied that's it's crazy.
It's completely obvious that Ambiens/Zolpidem's muscarinic actions are responsible for all these, so called, miracle.
Zolpidem has pretty high affinity for the muscarinic receptors and that is a well known fact, as is zopiclone but much less.
Muscarinic is the the chemical that makes amanita muscaria so nice to use, because muscarin doesn't only activate those receptors but a lot more than that too.
I really hope that we get to see a renaissance and increase in the study of muscarin and the muscarinic receptors very soon because I think it will revolutionize the psychiatric field but also the somatic field too.
Zolpidem is, as most of you know, a sleeping aid/sleeping pill so it also has a high affinity on the bensodiazepine part of the gaba receptors - because it is a bensodiazepine analog in the class called Z-drugs, so the more you take the more intoxicated you get. And sadly if you have a high release in some of the gaba receptors you will also not get the muscarinic effect as much as if you didn't.
This is easy to understand if you have injected zolpidem before, both after you have eaten a random benzo or two and if you haven't.
If you haven't you will have onw of the most intense and wonderful psychedelic journeys there is, which take effect faster than meth, heroin and whatnot(it's insane) but if you take a benso before even earlier the same day, you will only get the boring gaba benso effect.
Yeah, please don't do this but I'm telling you: It is insane rhat they don't study the muscarinic receptors more, seen to how powerful it is and is the only thing that works to wake people from a coma.
I think that as wonderful as it would be for my mom to have woken up after 2 years of being in a coma, knowing that it would be short lived would be like losing her all over again! I read in the comments that she’s doing well, she’s walking and talking which is great if it’s true, but I didn’t find any information about that.
ОтветитьWow, that looked like a miracle.I'm so happy for the family❤🎉 I'm very touched by the tears in this video. From the doctors to the nurses because they're so happy, you know, they're happy tears❤
ОтветитьMy father is in coma as well. What doctor and what medicine is that?
