I enjoy being able to watch the VODs on YT. I can only usually catch a short bit of the stream during my lunch at work but I can finish the parts I miss when I get home. Thanks for all the great content.

Red Herring only works in pairs

That was me in your first game. Sorry for the slow plays - several choices on how to play and flip my disguise creatures, a fresh format and also my first match with that deck. The face down creature I had left unflipped was a Shady Informant. I also had Mole God, Pyrotechnic Performer and a Red Herring(!) which I had a lot of fun with in my second game.

Bring back core sets….the last 2 sets have waaayyyy to much going on

Very relatable video, this looks like 50% of the drafts I play, flood, screw, countered by opponent! 0-3, thats magic baby.

It seems like a lot of the decks are aggro based and everybody is drafting white. Bad beats today, go walk it off.

I saw a Case of the Uneaten Feast deck that went WR and utilized the the one food card that almost always wheels. It trophied so I’m curious to try it.

looks like a tricky format, but has the legs to be rewarding. I got absolutely wrecked by ill-timed explosion and a case of the gorgon's kiss.

Reason for doubles in a pack is they are doing their best to mimic the Play Booster… which you could get a foil version of the same card? But on arena there’s not really foils.

Also they said not all of the list cards in the paper packs made it to arena. So maybe that could have something to do with it as well?

But my best guess is to simulate foils.

ah yeah, playing 16 land but drawing 13 of them in the top half of the deck xD I always need a break after games like that.

This format seems miserable. Its also too flavorful and the new pack scheme seems incredibly miserable also. If this is how it will be for limited then I guess I will be saving gems/gold on Cube/Events.

In game 1 you could have played the enchsment on their creature to remove a blocker

Thanks for sharing games whether they are good or bad. Hearing your thought process is good to get in the habit of not just snap playing but taking time to look for the less immediately obvious

I think this was a perfect overview of drafting a new set on Arena: "That draft, was miserable."

Watching this format makes me not want to play it and I love draft. Face down cards seems obnoxious and the format looks unplayable in paper.

I've noticed that in this set draft rare lands are fairly common. I already collected couple of them. Not sure if this is intended or just luck, but there's always like at least one dual rare land in pack 2 of my drafts. If this is consistent, I am all for it, because this saves up TON of rare wildcards to draft those dual lands.

I know lot of people overlook this, but having dual lands improve your decks a lot.
