I had severe depression but I found out it was caused by five foods I was eating. I was cured with antibiotics meant for a sinus infection. Now I can eat whenever I want. Out of 1 to 10, my depression was a 100. It was just pure torture.

Fermented foods and prebiotic foods work best and efficiently. Probiotics in capsules can open up in the wrong places and make more problems.

I am since i remember in terrible mental shape, disease that i can't see, can't treat, doctors also, i see no help. Why it is so severely impacting my brain? without any gut symptoms my brain is degenerating so fast. Without proper brain function you are disabled, can't compete with others and just be dumbest person in the room. When every food is waiting to affect mostly your brain function. No you can't also improve your brain function no matter what, no matter how hard you try, brain is never gonna beat that. I hope that it's sibo+leaky gut + leaky brain outcome. Bcs i have no fucking idea, can anyone suggest something? I live in fuckking Poland and people are blown away by antibiotics still. Tests are suspicious and worthless, i don't even belive in breath test and i am gonna repeat that 3 times.

Why has this happened. I'm very stressed at the mo .

"Decrease Saturated fat to reduce inflammation in the gut" - Wrong Wrong Wrong! Butter for instance is full of buteric acid which actually feeds the gut lining and is hugely beneficial.

I would love to do a fecal matter transplant, but they don't do it for IBS. Two, probiotic foods can be horrible for a large percentage of IBS sufferers if they have histamine intolerance. I was eating fermented foods until I learned about that some years ago.

I know I messed up with my micro biome last year. Started getting abdominal pain here and there doing a very stressful time in my life. I received therapy, exercise and eating healthy and I was back on the right path. In 2023 again I was extremely stressed lost my assistant at work, my grandfather had to have open heart surgery, I had to break a lease early with my landlord bc he was a fraud, and I had to take care of my grandfather for 2 weeks while on leave pay. I couldn’t eat for days bc of the extreme pain. Finally my gastro diagnosed me with stress induced gastritis. Keep in mind I was eating out a lot, stressed, anxiety was bad and no exercising ! I went on an all liquid diet with vitamins, prebiotic and probiotics with omegas and electrolytes and my pain slowly went from chronic to acute pain. I’ve been on a Mediterranean diet for 1 month while on a short term PPI and I know when I ease off the pills I will be staying on my diet and exercising. Your body is signaling something is wrong when you’re overly stressed out and can’t eat.

I was going down that way but have been blessed to meet a great nutritionists who treated me with antibiotics (I had the Sibo) and a fodmap diet resolving my 10 year lasting problem within 1/2 months 🤗

Is this a women's' video? Geared for women only? NOT ONE picture of a MALE here at all! It is not just this clip, but 99.8% of visuals in medical videos are female! Rarely if any that would be male, they are also biased on AGE! Only ELDERLY and/or obese men have pictures of themselves. Well, see, I am a MALE YOUNG ADULT just coming out of adolescence.

I suppose the picture gallery from Getty and other stock pictures do not believe that adolescent and young adult males (uh - hem! Such as myself) ever have medical issues. This is a VERY BAD STEREOTYPE that me and my peers don't count! This sends a FALSE message that only women and elderly overweight balding males have medical issues! REALLY? O H R E A L L Y ! ? Especially AMERICAN videos here on YT. I suppose the message that I am 1000% healthy with absolutely no short comings at all -- not only such, but inclusive of ASD and IBS-D! Hmmm... oooookayyyyyy (Oh! I forgot, ONLY OBESE young males are shown in rare pictures of male youth)!

mediterranean diet is the biggest lie in recent history, i was born with it, grew with it and almost diet from it, think about it, a diet that has as a staple, pasta, rice, white bread, sugar, plenty fruits seasonal veggies which arent many, and minimal meat, and the meat you can eat must be lean. when i say seasonal veggies is simply because everything out of season is sprayed and fed a crapload of things you really dont wanna eat and not only that out of season foods most of the time arent organic... you look mostly to things like cabbage, broccoli, cauli, eggplant, zucchini, lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, bell peppers the basic stuff nothing exotic some nuts like almonds and pine seeds, and no, avocado is not found in mediterranean you can buy it and it fits well in the diet but we didnt have it growing up because its not native, also 99% of seeds, nuts and unsaturated fats other than olive oil they recommend like avocado and coconut oils are imported, so how are they "mediterranean" ?. so basically the "mediterranean" diet is a made up diet, a heavily modified version of what we grew up with, because it looks healthy and appealing until you follow it long term and you see how devastating it is. you're just eating your way to diabetes type 1, most people i know are way overweight and have fatty liver, and alot are diabetic type 2 and some diabetic type 1 many inflammations, arthritis, osteoporosis, joint issues and pain and autoimmune issues like allergies and food sensitivities due to not eating enough meat the stomach acidity drops like a rock, and soon bacteria that shouldnt be are now in your stomach causing chaos, and then they move to the small bowel and now you have sibo and leaky gut and cant eat anything cuz you're now intolerant to almost everything, so diabetes which we have plenty of on this "miracle diet" causes cancer, heart diseases, inflammations and autoimmune diseases, but other than that mediterranean diet is healthy.
if you are sick like i was, and especially in the devastating state that my gut was, then its a hard road ahead but if you want to take your life back this is what i did and everything went away for me,
carnivore 3 months starve as many bacteria as you can and let your leaky gut heal while also restore some of your stomach's acidity back, after that i went keto for another 4 months 20g sugar, 20g carbs per day +/- stay in ketosis for as long as you can, you dont have to count calories, just be mindful, after the 2nd month of keto the other 2 months i did OMAD and fasting, i tried dry fast which you dont need to do, i did it once for the experience i did 2 days waterfast and the 3rd day was dryfast it felt cathartic, but longer than 1 day fasting its something you should do once every few months maybe twice a year, there are insane benefits in fasting but like everything else, it needs moderation too much can harm you, im talking about fasts longer than 1 day, many people like to do 6 days eat 1 day fast as a rule of thumb and i think its ok to do unless you're very skinny and you dont have fat storage for your body to find resources, so there is that too.
if you have H pylori, blend 1 respectably sized piece of ginger, 3 garlic cloves, 1whole lemon with the peel and seeds and all, cut it in 4 and throw it in the blender add 1 cup of water to blend, strain them and add to that juice 1tbsp of good quality honey i love thyme honey flavorful and has a bit of a spicy kick to it, 1 quarter of tsp turmeric, you can also add 1 tsp mastich gum powder in if you want, i didnt cuz its expensive, and drink that twice a day for 15 days (half an hour before eat in the noon and another glass before bed) not only it will kill everything, it will also help your digestion since it has lemon and ginger in it, that juice helped me with bloating and constipations alot too.
lastly, what i found that help me cope with stress was a lovely 8 kilometer route that has an amazing view of mountains and open ocean, and walk. dont jog, dont run, dont sprint, just walk. it really helped alot, not only to lose weight faster which was never my goal, but my mental state and clarity improved like drastically.
best sources of fat
animal fat
butter
olive oil
coconut oil
avocado fruit ( not the oil unless its cold pressed and organic, i still avoid it because i dont trust the marketing)
everything else in terms of oils and fats hard avoid.
