You should try the fresh one to knw whtr its good.. the longer the durian get steamed the more the smell get stronger any i admit it smell bad after several days after it open .. you should try musang king but try the fresh one.. and search how to open durian in yt bcs once you open it wrongly it can effect the test .. if musang king its should test sweet and creamy and it not smell stronger thn other variety.. open it wrongly can make it test abit bitter ..
