In less than .5-hour, attorney Paul Collins of the Tenant Law Group gave me precise instructions on how to handle the nuances of my case against a landlord who was attempting to take advance of this old (75) retired Navy CAPT. He took time BEFORE my 30-minutes to read the extensive documentation I forwarded, so that we could spend our time 1-on-1.

I generally don't have good things to say about lawyers, but Mr. Collins was the BEST EVER. I would have happily spent twice the fare. Or more.

(Aside: I called another firm prior to Tenant Law Group, and they want 5x the fee. Ridiculous.)
