Your Google Business Profile Glitches (My Fixes)

One GB profile I have has decided to remove FaceBook even though it has been there for years and it’s in the profile but it just stopped showing. Super weird but I am glad i’m not the only one. I hope they fix that soon!

Our customers keep being moved around with theire maps pin… its terrible. And when we change it back sometimes we get a suspension. I really think the suggestion mode is too easy with accepting suggestions. What you think?

When I sign on, my entire profile information has disappeared from the right side. I cannot make changes to my posts. This has been going on for about 3 weeks.

Is it possible for Google to merge two businesses profiles of same name?

My client bought an expecting business and had created new business profile a year ago and the old business profile was live and we didn’t had access to it.

Few days ago we found out there is only one business profile now and the old one kinda merged with our business profile and also merged bad and good reviews.

This bought our overall rating from 4.9-4.5.

I cannot get Google to change me to a service area. It's constantly pinned to my house. I don't understand why they can't change it. I have done all of their requirements for a service area and have been approved but they can't get the pin right. Any suggestions?

My five stars for Philz Coffee near South Coast Plaza is essentially there. On my end I cannot see it on my phone nor public computer. This is twisting truths as the Bible warns getting worse.

Google just removed 13 of my positive reviews from my profile, and I have no idea why. What’s frustrating is that only the good reviews were taken down—meanwhile, the negative ones are still there. None of them are getting filtered out. Has anyone else experienced this? Should I report this to Google and request a review of the removals? Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
