Setup IGate and Digipeater using a Baofeng UV-5R and Direwolf on a Budget | APRS FUN | #APRSThursday

Thanks for the video. I know how to use APRS but there's no iGate in my immediate area. I have a spare Baofeng I want to use to make an iGate. I'd like to set up with a raspberry pi, not a PC. I'm a beginner and there are not a lot of detailed videos how to do that. They assume you already have the R pi set up(whatever that means). Can you suggest a video that shows a beginner who wants to make a iGate with a R pi all the hardware and software needed, and how to set up the software and connect all the peices. I'm looking for a tutorial for an absolute beginner. Thanks.

Mobilinkd is a hardware KISS TNC, Digirig is a sound card with an computer accessible PTT logic. If you don't use a software modem, the Digirig can't give you packet data modulation. They are apples and oranges.
