Joe Dispenza has been a mentor/teacher for many years, I have followed his instructions and it works. 1. The pretend world needs to be higher/greater than the 3 D world. The reactions to people/places/things need to change if you are not getting the desired result. 3. When you overview your life, and it is not what you like/want, it clearly means the cob webs in the mind/head/subconscious needs an overhaul.
