ОтветитьLooks like a fab place i dont know what happened but ive walked passed this when ive stayed up there 😊
ОтветитьHi
ОтветитьWhat a shame..absolutely beautiful location and potential just lost. Now to save it , will cost big bucks. I watched and was imagining what I would do with something like this. Unfortunately it will probably end up a parking lot for next door. Great video!
ОтветитьStopped there 16 years ago it was a dump back then but the food was excellent
ОтветитьSome mess in there lads, great explore though
ОтветитьCameras moving far too fast can't even see anything
ОтветитьA lot of that stuff in there could have been saved if done early enough, now its all ruined, and will have to go to landfill, sheer waste, and there are so many of these places all over the country in the same state, do they want them all to fall down, be set on fire, so bloody anoying
ОтветитьI have no doubt this place was cool back in the day! Awesome video as always mate’s! 👍👍❤️🤘
ОтветитьHi beardo cool hotel but in bad shape those beds eww 💩
ОтветитьGreat video Dan
ОтветитьOnce stayed in the hotel next door st James and, they informed us that the hotel that you investigated was purchasing their hotel, sad to see so many hotels going the same way
ОтветитьWhat's the constant beeping noise?
ОтветитьIf you ever pass by again look downstairs in the Basement, I worked there a few years back just before it closed during covid and that building's first ever use was a Mortuary way back mid 1800's and downstairs the basement has walls of mirrors leading to a room at the end all black curtains were still up last I saw of it. None of us that worked there went down alone, it was the creepiest and haunted place I've ever experienced!
ОтветитьWhen I visit Blackpool I always walk by this beautiful old place and wonder what it was like in it's hey day and I wonder what happened for it to end up like this it's such a shame it's to be vandalised like that x
ОтветитьTHERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO CHANCE OF THIS EVER COMING BACK TO GENERAL PUBLIC USE EVER.
ОтветитьYou should see if you can find any historical reviews about the place
ОтветитьInteresting 👍walked passed there many times on holiday probably be demolished and flats built there 🍻
ОтветитьThe hotel was once York house hotel I did belong to the Tiffany's hotel a few year ago the owners just took off I think and they owned the la tour hotel on Albert road it is still closed such a shame
Ответитьblackpools not in decline. its actually on the up !!
ОтветитьSuch a shame what i dont understand is why do all that damage i understand peaple taking shelter there if they are homeless but why smash it up beautiful building on the front didnt now it was a morgue years ago though wow
ОтветитьWhat a shame 😢 All of these old hotels were so beautiful back in the 1960s & 1970s and they all smelled of coffee and cigars it was magical ✨
ОтветитьNice to see you back in Blackpool lots of abandoned places to explore, really nice explore this keep up the great work
ОтветитьI've stayed at worse places in Blackpool
ОтветитьIn it's day it was one of the best hotels in Blackpool. Worked there as the resident entertainer in the 90's and it was fully booked all year round with bookings months ahead all year round. Pity we didn't see the entertainment lounge downstairs where I worked ( but also in the upstairs bar ) as many happy memories there. Breaks my heart to see it as it is now as it's totally shagged and not worth spending money on refurbishing and putting right. How can anyone with business sense ( or lack of it in this case ) let such a wonderful hotel go to waste. Financial suicide at it's height. Poor madness.
