NICE! Love the many examples on how to "active-range" those poses. Thank you Jason.
Ответитьlove teachers companion and your generosity in sharing your wisdom!
ОтветитьI teach active recovery sessions to CrossFit athletes and think building strength in their end range will be so much more beneficial for them than just passive stretching (though that has its place too after a week of strong training!)
ОтветитьLove it🫀🫀🫀
ОтветитьThis was soooo useful! Do you reccommend if there is time on the practice to do after each active pose the passive version to release or passively stretch the muscles we have activated or no need?
ОтветитьThanks! great teachings, succinct and informative.
ОтветитьThese episodes are awesome and so so helpful!!!!
ОтветитьI so love incorporating the ROM and strength. Thank you Jason!

ОтветитьThank you Jason for all your wisdom! I’m still taking your Art of Sequencing course from October and it’s so valuable! 🙏
ОтветитьSo helpful! Thank you!
ОтветитьWhenever I need intelligent inspiration, I turn to your 300hr YTT manual, and now I have these mini lessons. As always, I am so grateful for what you give to us! Thank you.
ОтветитьI love how you’ve matured in all aspects Jason. I’ve watched your videos from when you first began. Stylistically, the tone of your voice, the whole thing. Congratulations!
ОтветитьYour style of teaching is so beautiful and the content is really really worthy enough for the body. Thank you so much for doing this.
ОтветитьHugely helpful, thank you for your energy and resources x
ОтветитьI am really enjoying your Teacher Companion posts. I am a firm believer in creating strength and flexibility. I so often hear my students say they want to be more flexible, but I’m trying to teach them that that’s not the be all end all goal. I have been incorporating more of your sequencing with the aim of creating more strength, mobility and stability in the joints.
ОтветитьFantastic as always. Super clear, rational, inspiring.
ОтветитьIncredibly helpful! I can’t wait to explore these asanas on my own and share with students. Thank you!
ОтветитьCan't wait to pass it on to my students! I've to contain my excitement to take it slow ;) Thank you Jason. Love this series. It's my morning wake-up class.
ОтветитьThis is fantastic, thank you.
