Gus i have a problem , whenever I play on my B or high E strings they are REALLY hard to BEND , especially from 12 to 20 , lthey get muted and if i pushed more hard they get broken ( the strings i mean ) .. SO my question is , IS these 3 springs in the back of my guitar , HAS to do with anything of this ? and what happens if I removed one ?? and how ??

Here are string tension figures for an electric bass. D'Addario Chrome Flats, .040 to .095 gauge. Tension in pounds: G = 37.6 D = 45.2 A = 36.4 E = 35.2 This totals 154.4 pounds. The tension for electric guitar strings typically run less than 20 lbs per string. Where in the hell is anyone coming up with 600 lbs?

String tension calculators amount all strings together to about 100lbs at concert pitch with 10 - 46. Not 100 lbs per string, lol. Look at that neck. 600lbs? Really?
