Ok people something interesting about today’s milk that I found after falling in to a rabbit hole… THEY CHANGED THE COWS!!! We are not intolerant!!!!! A1 and A2 milk differ in their beta-casein protein composition. A1 milk contains both A1 and A2 beta-casein, while A2 milk contains only the A2 variant. Some people experience better digestion with A2 milk, as the A1 beta-casein may break down into a peptide (BCM-7) that can cause digestive discomfort in some individuals.
A1 Milk:
Contains: Primarily A1 beta-casein, but also contains A2 beta-casein.
Digestion: Some people find A1 milk more difficult to digest, possibly due to the BCM-7 peptide.
Source: Typically comes from cow breeds like Holstein, Friesian, and British Shorthorn.
A2 Milk:
Contains: Only A2 beta-casein protein.
Digestion: Some people find A2 milk easier to digest than A1 milk.
Source: Often produced by breeds like Jersey, Guernsey, Charolais, and Limousin.
The A1 enzyme is more hard to digest!!!! Cows that produce A1 they produce more milk!! That’s the reason they change the breed!!!

I remember YEARS AGO I heard a women ( who worked at a dairy company) say she’s seen the milk come out as blood ! And they add a dye to change it white! And that’s why she doesn’t drink “ store milk” anymore. This was like 2009? Ish!
