Grew up watching the X-Files sporadically yet never saw this episode until just a few months ago. It's now one of my favorite episodes, partially due to this incredible music. Hearing it now gives me nostalgic shivers like I'm reliving memories from decades ago instead of just months.

For decades I thought UFOs were just science fiction, but in recent times I've started to believe in their existence myself. Some of the statements and evidence we are coming across today is really like nothing we have seen before. I think it's just a matter of time before the governments of the world reveal to us that they do actually have something.

This ost is truly mesmerizing, it relaxes you deeply and makes you believe the truth is out there, helps me go through my worst days 🛸

When Deep Throat said "I'm going to deep throat this" and deep throated all over THAT THING really sent goose bumps all over me when watching this episode

In November 2023, I had a UFO sighting in Germany in broad daylight and there were two identical objects at once. I looked out the living room window while I was making long voice messages to my girlfriend and noticed two conspicuous dark dots in the sky. Far away, high up. They were both bowl-shaped (like turning a bowl over), flat and dark gray, almost black. No lights, sounds, markings, windows, doors, wings, tail, rotors, turbines, landing skids, undercarriage, heat turbulence, contrails, nothing. I estimate they were each as wide as a 7.5 ton truck is long, if not a little wider. I kept looking to see if I could identify them, but it didn't match anything I knew. One of the objects hovered in place for minutes, the other moved to the right of it at walking pace. Unfortunately, I didn't take any photos of them (I spent several minutes describing the objects to my girlfriend on my smartphone, so I was already using it, expecting to see the things at any moment), but despite the zoom, there would probably only have been two small dark dots on the photos anyway. The moving object then flew almost as if in slow motion, while the other object followed it leisurely after six minutes or more. They then flew very slowly from west to east and after a while out of my sight. The whole thing took about 15 minutes or a little longer. A short time later, dusk set in. I looked on Google Earth to see what they were floating over and it is a complex of the steelworks here, where the finished steel beams are stored openly and then delivered by train. They must have looked at them, or scanned the area here. They were doing reconnaissance or exploration, or so it seemed to me.

When I looked in vain on the Internet the next few days to see if anyone else had seen them here, I happened to read in the news that masses of inexplicable, dark objects have been sighted in the sky over Ukraine for several months. Some of these were also pursued unsuccessfully by fighter planes. Due to the increasing number of sightings, NASA commissioned a study to be carried out by the Ukrainian Academy of Sciences, distinguishing between two classes of UFOs: "cosmics" (luminous or bright objects) and "phantoms". Phantoms were objects that appeared dark or completely black. Which sounds very familiar to me. In addition, their flight direction is no different from the flight direction to Ukraine, just two countries away. But that's just speculation on my part.

If I hadn't had this sighting, I would have almost forgotten an even more absurd one before in September 2023. When I was walking with my girlfriend along country lanes in the afternoon, we both saw a kind of small, dark, distorted cloud near the local hospital, even though the cloud cover was white and high up. Out of the corner of my eye, I thought at first that a gigantic bird was flying there, flapping its wings. Its movement looked somehow "organic", i.e. "alive". We stopped as if we had been struck by thunder and looked at it. It was flying relatively low. Only a few hundred meters high. You could clearly see that it was moving on its own. So it wasn't a wisp of cloud or anything like that, just moved by the wind. It would have been much too low for that. A completely absurd shape or appearance. As if you were putting dark blue, almost black ink in a glass of water. It looked as if something was camouflaging itself in it. As if it didn't want to be recognized. I could swear the thing saw us. It moved slowly from right to left, from north to south. According to the direction of flight, we would have been to its rear left. That was only 1.8 kilometers away from the later sighting. We couldn't explain what we saw at all. It was definitely not a weather phenomenon. We both dismissed it as a curiosity. What made the sighting even more surreal was that Federal Highway 65 was just a few meters away from us and the drivers didn't notice when I looked back. We watched the thing for a while and continued our walk. A little later, darkness set in. After the November sighting, I looked into what the September sighting could be all about and saw that it also fits with previously reported UFO sightings. Of course, I don't know whether the two sightings are directly related, or whether they are perhaps the same objects, but it is very likely in the truest sense of the word. The two incidents are only a stone's throw away from each other. In terms of size and speed, it would also fit. I also saw the objects shortly before dusk.

I am a huge science fiction fan and believe in things like that, but somehow I wish I hadn't seen them and nobody believes you. You learn very quickly not to talk about it. It's absolutely weird to see them practically on your own doorstep. Even if you already know a few UFO reports from Germany. I served in the army aviation corps, I know everything that flies around here, whether old or new, including machines from NATO allies. They won't be secret military machines either. It leaves you with a huge question mark, which is an unpleasant feeling. I don't really want to know who flew the things and what else they do to abductees here. We know the stories. Even if they aren't hostile in themselves. I feel sorry for the people who see something like that and report on it, only to be dismissed as crazy by other people. Which is also one of the reasons why I want to write it down. I understand why nobody really wants to talk about it. You don't want to believe it yourself. I had already considered reporting the sightings to MUFON, but because my girlfriend broke up with me a short time later, I deleted all the chat and voice histories without thinking about it. Unfortunately, I no longer know the exact dates and times to be able to report them properly. For my part, I (unfortunately) have the "proof". My conclusion: The airspace is not safe, they do what they want and the other UFO and abduction reports are even more believable to me. I didn't want to force myself to believe it and believe it by hook or by crook, on the contrary, I tried very hard to clear things up. It's hard to let go of you, but there's nothing exciting about it, as you might think. The small "perfect world" before was more pleasant. The "Galactic Zoo" is real, we are their research objects and they will not show themselves officially, even if they openly show themselves now and again. The visitors and their UFOs come in all shapes and sizes, there must be countless of them. What I saw were only small "dinghies" of their researchers for exploration. They probably do nothing else that we wouldn't do at their technology level: actively explore space.
