Ertiga make a milestone because at a price of a five seater SUV car you are getting a 7 seater MPV with safety, features and more space and also with smart hybrid technology which gives Average in petrol around 15 to 18 kmpl is also good in city as most of SUV cars are unable to give that much avg.

Tata will lose the traction it gained with Tiago, nexon in 2019-2022 period later on with nexon ev, punch. Biggest problem with them is they have failed to improve after sales even after making a great comeback in indian auto space . There engines aren't great either n the main usp for them few years back was safety but now every carmaker has worked on same while tata hasn't worked on their problems even one bit
