It's not that I don't wanna train calves, it's that if you train calves to failure, that's all you're doing the rest of the day. You can't walk if you've done calves to failure. I wanna hit bench, and how tf am I gonna rack my weights if I can't walk? That's why legs are last. You can still get from point a to point b after arms. Might not be able to feed yourself for the next few hours, but at least you can walk.

Shouldn't it be the other way around ? :)

FYI, washing chicken can actually lead to contracting salmonella. Not from the chicken, but from the contaminated water partials splashing off the chicken. If the chicken has salmonella, cooking it properly will kill it. Every professional chef I know here in NYC says to not wash your chicken.
