Im going to build one when i retire from a mobility scooter. Yours is looking good but im thinking flexible lower skirt for getting over obstacles. I dont want the dalek grounding out with no clearances. So maybe a black rubber bottom skirt to cover the wheels?

would you recommend using 75mm caster wheels?
