My personal experience with a penis pump at 62 yrs old. I have always been 5.8 inches long as an adult. However using a pump, I was able in increase my size to almost 7 inches, with a girth of 5.375 in about a year's time. But after no longer using it my size has return to its original length. I did not measure my girth before starting using the pump. But my girth has IMOP has stayed relativity the same size.

Using a penis pump has been very beneficial. I am pretty sure I have gained a 1/4 inch in girth. I am around 6.3 mid shaft. But I have had trouble finding a cylinder that accomodates my 7.5" girth at the base. I eventually found one on Amazon or Temu that is designed for your penis and testicles (who would want that?) and is 2.75" inner diameter. The bottom line: yes it works. The ugly truth: just like any workout plan it takes time. A lot of time. So much so that people give up. It is unbelievable that a device that has been out there for more than 50 years has not enough data to stop saying that some people believe this and that. We are tired of lies about everything!!

The key here is consistency and discipline that most don't have. I work my routine into my day with the Bathmate and I use a cable clamp pro to clamp after pumping. It makes me huge in both dimensions but consistency is everything...if i just stop altogether the size will drop off noticeably. Maintenance required here...but well worth it if you like being big!!
