On the Ferrari team orders - it turns out Hamilton instigated the decision to swap the cars, so it wasn't Hamilton being ordered out of the way, it was Ferrari being idiots on when he should get out of the way. For some reason the broadcaster left the original Hamilton message off the broadcast but did air the rest - it's good for the lolz.
