I like that Isaac Hayes does guest vocals on almost all of the songs on this disc. Except for the ones he sings lead on.

ОтветитьAkron ohio baby...devo's the shit
ОтветитьSomeone brought the lyrical errors to my attention. At the time, I was in a major hurry, so I copied and pasted the lyrics from a site. If I have the time, I'll fix them.
ОтветитьI love this band even when I was alittle kid and and I used to get scared at there evil cuckles. It used to scare the crap out of me back then for some weird reson I was scared shitless of this band when I was young lol.
Ответить@oldestmanonmars Did you even read the lyrics? =| The guy in the song is pretty anti-conservative... which, you know, Bush/the Republican Party are.
ОтветитьI'd give up up my PS3 to be able to laugh crazy like that!
ОтветитьONE person is sorry

ОтветитьMy favorite song from the album!
Ответитьi heard trump played this song every morning at the house....
ОтветитьLove this song! It’s actually an unreleased demo from the late 70s. They re-recorded it for South Park with Mothersbaugh singing. The original was sung (and written by) Gerald V Casale. He does a great version on his solo album Jihad Jerry and the Evildoers “Mine is Not a Holy War”. It can be found on the expanded edition.
Ответитьmy favourite song .... ever
ОтветитьGreat music, great fun. 😁
Ответитьsomehow just realized thats Isaac Hayes saying "he's a huboon baby and he really is all messed up"

ОтветитьI just discovered this song. It's awesome. It's one of DEVO's best songs.
ОтветитьI know mark is singing but is he also the one maniacally laughing
ОтветитьMy 20 year high school class reunion is trying to happen.
I told them all I really just hated them all.
I skipped walking at my graduation because I couldn’t stand to be in a room with them one second longer than I had to be. Picked up my diploma later.
When ask why, I offered this version of DEVO’s classic B side demo.
This was supposed to accompany a scene in which Chef turned Devo into stars when he accidentally dumped a flower pot onto Mark Mothersbaugh's head, but it had to be cut for time (actually, it probably wasn't ever animated). This story came to me from MM himself.
